Northstar’s dispatcher was immediately responsive, offered to try to squeeze us in the same day if a job finished early, and got knowledgeable plumbers out at the end of the same day. The plumber and assistant were great, knowledgeable, and offered useful advice about prioritizing what first in updating old plumbing. The bill came promptly with several payment options.

Northstar’s plumbers immediately answered our plea for help to quickly and efficiently diagnose our loss of hot water and restore in short order. They understood what was needed (part replacement) going forward to correct the underlying problem and prevent a repeat occurrence. We will not hesitate to call on them for all our plumbing needs.

This company is striving hard to provide high-quality customer service and they are doing it! They are responsive and considerate. If you’ve had any problems with being ghosted, these folks are the solution.

Katie and her team are experienced and professional. Northstar Plumbing and Heating recently replaced an aging furnace and tankless water heater for us. They were prompt and neat. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and their price. We plan to use them for annual service calls and additional plumbing needs in the future. They are a great addition to the limited options for plumbing and heating in MidCoast Maine.
