New Construction Whole Home Plumbing

I had been trying to get someone to fix a leaky drainpipe from under my kitchen. For two months, I was hauling kitchen water outside or to the bathroom drains. I received no reply from several other plumbers, or I was ‘strung along,’ or the referral was not in business, or in one case not licensed. Then the hot water tank leaked and died. Kara called me back the same day I called Northstar with a pipe repair date. Later when I sent photos of the pipe and the leaky heater she called back with a likely diagnosis and price quote for repair. They had the pipe fixed and a new water heater installed in just 2-3 days, moving me up when another customer rescheduled. Jason, Travis and Brady were hard-working, courteous and thorough. I have a working sink and dishwasher drain and hot water! I was billed the amount quoted. If this experience is their standard, I can wholeheartedly be recommend Northstar Plumbing and Heating! Northstar’s dispatcher was immediately responsive, offered to try to squeeze us in the same day if a job finished early, and got knowledgeable plumbers out at the end of the same day. The plumber and assistant were great, knowledgeable, and offered useful advice about prioritizing what first in updating old plumbing. The bill came promptly with several payment options.

I made a call to get some plumbing taken care of and not only did they come and give me an estimate the next day, They ordered parts and came to fix everything two days later. Brady was our tech and he was knowledgable and did a great job! We will definitely use them again!
